Took a small tour of the flood damage by kayak today. Pretty bad all together. A lot of people are out of luck in our neightborhood and surrouding streets.
Curt and I found this friendly black mare stranded on a grass high spot next to a riverside playground. Seemed liked he was pretty hungy. Must have been the swim.

This house was actually picked up and moved. Can't tell from the picture but its sitting crooked.

Looks like this kid was turning a bad situation into a little fun. I guess no one told him that flood waters are contaminated.
